THE TAMPA HORSE SHOW ASSOCIATION is the most enduring group of its kind in florida. the success of its renowned tampa charity horse show, held each march since 1931, has helped make it one of the most respected show organizations in the united states. today, thsa continues to successfully run both the tampa charity and harvest days show.

THSA proudly sponsors the academy high point award program. this program is designed to encourage the beginning rider to attend participating competitions and reward them at the season’s end for their accomplishments.riders earn points for placing first through fifth n academy classes. the program is only open to those riders/drivers who have never competed in full show attire, but must compete on a stable school horse.

in order to be eligible, each participant must register and pay $15 annual fee. the annual awards are presented at the harvest days horse show, usually the first weekend in november.
